I’m a creative writer based in Toronto, and former #1 copywriter in Canada on the 2021 Strategy Magazine Creative Report Card. My mom is super proud. I’ve had ideas seen by Seth Rogen (at least his agent) and spoken by John Hamm. Done overnight commercial shoots on bear-country roads. Created ugly sweaters for phones. And, worked with the raccoon from Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle. I’m as comfortable writing headlines and scripts as I am overseeing shoots, edits, post, and audio sessions.
The brands I’ve made work for span both national and international levels including: SKIP (SkipTheDishes), The Globe and Mail, Fallsview Casino, Boston Pizza, Black and Abroad, Rogers Communications, CIBC, BMW, Kijiji, Quark Expeditions, Ingenium Museums and more. My work has also been recognized nationally and internationally at shows like Cannes Lions, Marketing Awards, and D&AD.
I’m a self-proclaimed movie buff whose ratings generally mean nothing (follow my Letterboxd!). I co-host the podcast The Funniest Movie Ever–managing the recording, editing, and promotion of the hopefully-to-be-successful show. Yes, I write screenplays. Listening to 179 episodes of “The History of Rome” pod is an appetizer to me. I’ve done the whole thing at least thrice. If you ask, I will absolutely join your D&D campaign. And, if you’re looking for someone to teach you the Brain Twister yo-yo trick, I’m your guy.
